Though I agree with almost all his points, I DO NOT accept a reality were Black people simply shut-up and allow depictions that are a mockery, just because we need to work on becoming stronger and getting ourselves together. Cochella proves a celebrity is simply a pawn for the industry and can be used with or without their will or say.

You can always reel people in through emotion. At times emotion clouds the senses and people are operating through feeling one sense. Many people miss Tupac and his presence. There are many who still can't believe he was killed. People have a hard time realizing that mortality is real. This is why when many celebrities pass people will always speculate and claim they might still be alive.

The same is true with Tupac, but of course these allegations can't be proven or dismissed in any way. But one thing is for sure Tupac's presence is dead.

Despite people being reeled in by their emotions, I have to side with the more spiritual. I have to join those who realize and feel the demonic, disrespecting ENERGY that surrounds this exploitation.

Yes, I call it an exploitation. If you are someone who doesn't mind this act, put aside your wants and your desire to see YOUR favorite celebrity for a moment.

I think it's unfair to take someone's image and use it at your own will. Not only did they have his hologram scream out Cochella (which did not exist at the time he died), they also doctored his lyrics.

Normally I would post an article like this on my Black Energy News site, but a viewer who visited this site, Black Celebrity Energy site questioned what my response would be to the recent debacle created by Swedish Culture Minister Lena Adelsohn Liljeroth on World Art Day in Sweden.

As many of you may know a cake depicting an African woman was made in order to raise awareness to genital mutation through the practice of circumcising African women. The cake was designed by African artist Makode Aj Linde and consist of what looked like an African women in Black-face with a look of fear on her face.

The viewer found slight offense to the podcast featured in my article Gabrielle Union Exposes Another Hunger Games Moment and wanted to know my position on this incident. Just to clarify, she found offense to my podcast because she felt I thought it was best to dismiss the idea of finding offense to racist comments and attacks by White people.

I want to emphasize something that might not seem clear in some of my articles. I want to point out that when I attack someone, I'm attacking their ENERGY; I'm not attacking the person as an individual. When I talk about Amber Rose, she could be Bamber Rose, Camber Rose, Damber Rose, Ember Rose, Famber Rose.........Zamber Rose lol, you get my drift. It's not personal. I simply go by the ENERGY they portray to the public through the media. They could be anyone with that ENERGY who is in the spotlight.

I would not seek these women out in everyday life. If someone knocked on my door and told me there was a whore living down the block, I would not care. It is none of my business. That is between her and the Creator.

But as stated, when these women make their way into the spotlight and hover over this culture and the impressionable youth spewing their ENERGY they need to be torn down. Not doing so impacts the culture, the mentalities of those who absorb it and starts to transform the types of perceptions people have of each other.

The more whores in the spotlight, the more Black women will be viewed as whores..........PERIOD. This is a metaphysical statement and cannot be changed. Just like the more we see fake Black women who are allowed to have a strong ENERGY in mainstream culture, the more Black women will seem fake and the more fake they will become. Again that is metaphysics, a "Law of Nature" and cannot be changed.

All I can do is laugh, but at the same time I want people to be able to catch these things. Now we all know the Universe decided to stay true to one o fit's metaphysical laws "All things will be revealed" and exposed Nicki Minaji's true age.

She did not expect this to happen after all she can't think ahead when it comes to everything. So after getting into an argument with her boyfriend at a Dallas Hotel and calling the police she could not stop what preceded next. She did not realize that once you call the police they will draft a police report, which requires your ID. This is not a choice but part of police procedures.

TMZ ran a story exposing the incident, Nicki Minaji claimed they where lying, so TMZ being the investigators that they are, got a copy of the police report and exposed her.

In the process it inadvertently exposed her age. So it makes sense why she would keep to herself for her birthday this year, I'm sure she's humiliated by the lie.

This is an ugly woman

I rarely call someone ugly, it's frivolous to me. You can call someone ugly and they can walk down the block and someone tells them they're attractive. It's subjective and doesn't cut deep enough for me. I only insult righteously by speaking the truth. A truth even their best friend would agree with though they wouldn't admit it. It's one of the reasons people are hesitant when arguing with me. I've said things to cause people to quit their job, due to my words being a "dagger of raw truth".

Now if you want to say NeNe is famous, I guess that's your choice. The definition of fame has changed over the years and we live in a Society that does not realize we create the definition of fame. In fact we create and control all the ENERGIES around us. There isn't a "so-called" celebrity alive that could feel like a celebrity without people allowing them to feel like one.

It's a secret the highly conscious minded knows, it's also a secret people resist absorbing and using. They don't realize they are resisting it because they need someone to look up to, be in awe of or even laugh at. It's sad and explains why our culture has gone down the toilet in Society. Celebrities do what we allow them to do and what we accept from them. They would disappear and melt away like the "Wicked Witch of the West" if they weren't accepted in some form by the people.

For example the show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" would be off the air by now, if Black women demanded more and didn't support it. It could not exist without support. If it wasn't supported they would have to present something that would be supported to make a profit.

It's one of the reasons I tell people, don't look up at God when you realize you have gone too far and allowed negative ENERGIES to consume the culture. Don't blame him when people's perceptions of you change due to what you're observed supporting.

Most things happen on a subconscious level, so people subconsciously watch what you support and stand by. I feel like Bill Murphy in the movie "Ground Hog Day" when I speak about this, because I say it over and over again and it fails to penetrate most. It fails to penetrate most because people like the ability to act instantaneously without thought, they like instant gratification. Sacrifice is not a word that people like or take well to.

At the same time humans ask for so much out of life, but fail to realize, The Universe can give you nothing. You will only get more of what you support, it's a law of nature that cannot be changed.

I'm almost speechless, don't laugh I know that seems impossible. But I'm almost speechless when it comes to absorbing the ENERGY of what I'm about to tell you.

Now most of you guys know that there is an alleged sex tape of Tupac out there. Supposedly there was a 6 figure bidding war over it. Many scummy, worthless, driven by money rejects wanted to get there hands on it.

Now that's not what shocks me. In a world like this, metaphysically that is expected. It doesn't mean it's right or righteous, but it simply speaks of the mindset of people. I would have died before I watched it, but others get off on that type of stuff. I respect the dead particularly when it comes to things they can't defend. He made the tape in private and that's if he even knew it was being made.

I'm pretty confident that he knew it was being made, simply because that's the way many male celebrities choose to protect themselves. And though it's not clear if it was made before or after the rape conviction Tupac had to endure, I'm sure he had knowledge of it.

Here's the thing, every gossip site and even more news originated sites reported about the tape. Most showed the still picture like this one to do so.

"But no", one particular site had to take it further. MTO had to take it further. I won't say the sites exact name but I'm sure most are aware of the site. On this site as a HEADLINE STORY they dared to claim that Tupac was a

HOMO THUG

They made this claim simply because Tupac's male friends where present. In no way shape or form was he engaging in any lewd act with the men in the pictures. He was simply getting a "blow job" from the girl in the picture and talking to his friends at the same time. (my next article about the ENERGY of the Tupac sextape will explain that)

Off topic: but I must point out that this is the ENERGY that has contributed to V-Nasty and Kreayshawn from the "White Girl Mob". There is nothing that can be said about her flow and style, it's just like this. She was influenced by this.

When I was 14 years old I was lucky enough to get my first job. This was rare for someone living in a big city. A place where many people look for work and the older applicant who was at least 16 or 18 usually was chosen. Of course I stood out because I was always more mature than my age. That together with the fact that though the job was in a supermarket, I came to the interview with a resume. I'll never forget this because the manager conducting the interview was surprised and thought it was funny in a way of being impressed.

Up until that point I had never worked officially. I had only participated in a job readiness class on the weekends one summer and prior to my job in the supermarket I worked through the "Summer Youth Program". I was able to include both of these experiences on my resume. Despite not having a work history, the gesture of showing a resume for a job most people would not show a resume for, landed me the job. By the time I walked home after the interview they called me and told me I was hired.

Now I will explain what I mean by the title.

I come from a family that does not promote nor condone "public assistance". From the time I was a child my grandmother would constantly say "this family does not get on public assistance". My grandmother comes from a large family of 7 Brothers and Sisters, she was the oldest. They lost their mother and father at a young age and had to fend for themselves. They lived on a farm and grew their food. Whatever they could not grow they did not eat. That's the mentality of many old-school Black people.

Of course as you can see things have changed from that mentality to one of entitlement. Black people think of "public assistance" as a crutch they deserve to have because they are Black.

Anyway, because I had the mentality instilled in me that you do not get on public assistance, I was a total Bi*tch to many customers at the supermarket I worked in. Thankfully I worked in a working class neighborhood where there weren't an overwhelming amount of people on "Food Stamps".

Just to be clear in the early 90's "Food Stamps" came in the form of colorful, paper money that was instantly distinguishable. People did not have credit cards with money on them. There was no way to hide or disguise the fact that you had Food Stamps.

The devil in White Liberals changed that over the years and developed the EBT card. Now people feel more comfortable and less shame being on Food Stamps. It becomes part of their life and they feel normal on them. Their belief that it would deter Food Stamp fraud is a joke. It feels like having a credit card and as stated in the song, you just "swipe your EBT". You don't have to hold up the line counting colorful money that gives away your apparent circumstance in life.

Back to the title.

I use to treat the people who came into the supermarket with Food Stamps with such an attitude. I detested them, they disgusted me. Most of the time it was women. Women who made bad choices in life and Society as a whole had to suffer.

Why did I treat them badly?

Because just like Mr. EBT many of the women had a sense of joyful anticipation revolving around the foods that they where buying. Many of these women would have sugar cereals, candy, ice-cream, top choice cut meats, deli meats, donuts, chips and many items that others would have to allocate into their diet by not buying these types of foods at the same time due to price.

These women where a little too happy for me, I hated their ENERGY. My Mom had to be mindful of the the groceries she brought because she had to pay out of pocket. In fact she would tell my Brother and I, not to eat up the groceries too quick because that will be all until she can shop again.

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose look like the dressed up version of Halle Berry and Samuel L. Jackson in the movie "Jungle Fever" at the VMA's.

Like many commenter's have pointed out across the web, they can't erase the ENERGY of trash from their persona. 

Here we have Wiz Khalifa who looks like his mother had a special little problem while he was in her stomach for 9 months. And then we can tell the awesome parenting skills of a woman like his mother just by looking at him. He looks like a stellar man.

No he doesn't, he looks like a malnourished, weak "crackhead" that has no regard for his body and could careless where and how the money's coming in. His claim to fame is making a song "Black and Yellow" where he can tell the world how worthless and simple his mind is. He can make it clear that he has one main focus and despite his age he is determined to make it with having that simple focus as a crutch.

He's ugly, he's horrible and another example of why I despise Black women in this generation. We don't know the importance of making men like this disappear from mainstream spotlight.Young girls should know they can do better and deserve better.

No, I could care less, Amber Rose could be Samber Rose, Bamber Rose, Ramber Rose, I'm attacking her ENERGY and what she represents. She existed before the spotlight and no one gave a crap.

You simply don't empower a woman like this in the spotlight, as if she's Miss America. Only a weak man would do this. As we saw with Kanye West, and now see with Wiz Khalif.

Why would you empower someone like Amber Rose to the point she says this:

Knocked Kneed Amber Rose Is Expanding In Many Ways

Update: This article gets a lot of views and I want to put a date on it. This article was written March 2011. Though I still loathe Amber Rose, I must be fair

Amber Rose takes a much needed run.

This is a funny picture to me. Not only because she's a knock kneed runner and it looks like her legs are knocking into each other with every stride. But because this picture confirms what I thought would happen. I always wondered how Amber Rose could be so comfortable that she blocks out the ENERGY of her life and the ENERGY of why she made it to the spotlight.

To put it short it has nothing to do with talent. It has to do with her having an Ass that a man would love to ride like a mechanical bull. An Ass and body that makes a man want to break her down and make her walk funny due to how she portrays it. They don't have thoughts of loving her body, or being gentle I can guarantee you that. Maybe that's why she's knocked kneed. And lower conscious women are fascinated by her because men seem to be. They will transform into any ENERGY that seems to be what men want, not realizing often times these men could care less about women like Amber Rose, she's simply an orange to squeeze. Of all people Amber Rose herself knows this is true. After-all she has spent her life handing herself over like a piece of meat to consume and devour before looking for a different piece of meat the next day.

God did not build the spirit to be able to handle feeling this ENERGY so those like Amber Rose have to find a way to drown out what they feel internally. Some try to convince themselves that people genuinely like them and respect them. Some choose drugs, some choose alcohol. Judging by this picture it seems that Amber Rose has chosen food. Actually judging by her ENERGY she's probably doing a combination of the two or three.

Amber Rose is one of the reasons that though I like him as an artist, I get a little irritated when I think of Kanye West. He just had to bring a worthless piece of CRAP to this culture who is of no asset. What does she contribute? Like most women like her she needs to be under a man's bed.

I long for the day Black men realize you do not empower women like Amber Rose in front of your daughters and young girls. She's someone to keep under the bed. Once you take an ENERGY like Amber Rose from under the bed and you empower her through support, the Universe responds by bringing more of her type of ENERGY to you. God would not allow it to be any other way. It's metaphysics.

That's why she must be contained and kept under the bed. Black men know deep down that's the best place for her. Once Black men are honest with their true spirit and admit that "Wow I can always have the strippers and hookers but it should be underground, under the bed and on video. In the open I wish for better quality women to observe, breath in and to motivate and inspire me."

Kanye West is not an Alpha Male like Jay Z so he didn't know any better, poor thing. But now we will be stuck with the ENERGY of her low standards, when we could empower someone who has more of a package deal, someone more interesting beyond just a visual way. And of course women like this can be pulled out from under the bed and looked at while sitting on the toilet anytime a man wants.

Would You Listen to a Tranny?

I know it may seem mean but I just don't like or agree with the ENERGY of Tranny's.

Tranny's represent deceitfulness and have the ENERGY of being a mutation. I absorb ENERGY deeply and I know spiritually a Tranny can't be at ease, after-all their entire life is a lie. When they present themselves to the world they have to hide who they are. I know many stories of heterosexual men who have been targeted by Tranny's. They feel that people should take part in their confusion. Unlike Gay and Lesbians Tranny's have no particular group of people that would embrace them. Gay men prefer gay men. Lesbians are well Lesbians, so what type of dating partners is left? Downlow brothers and trying to trick heterosexual men.

The worst type of Tranny is a Miss Lawerence oops Lawerence Washington type of Tranny. He's the worst type because he's not a Transgendered person he's a cross dresser who mocks the ENERGY of women. He has no intention of getting sexual reassignment surgery just like most Black men have no intention of doing so. He simply feels he has the right to tap into the ENERGY of both sexes. In the process he dresses like a spectacle and a clown at a circus and people take to their ENERGY because they confuse their out there tactics with confidence.

Anyhow, Steve Harvey has decided to tap into the gay market which is strong in the entertainment industry. Miss Lawerence has been pegged to host a nightly segment on "The Steve Harvey Project" which airs on BET Centric. I'm sure most of you are not surprised it's BET. I feel like the only Black person alive that can refrain from watching this channel. They would have changed the ENERGY of the channel years ago if black people had the strength of mind I have. But time has revealed that Black people have physical strength that's why we made good slaves, but we cannot be mentally strong even when we know exactly what were coming against.

Now in terms of this show, what I want to know is, what could Miss Lawerence tell the world? How is his life remotely like the lives of others? There is no way his social experiences mirror the average person. The segment he will be hosting will be called 'Spilling the Tea With Miss Lawrence,' providing entertainment tidbits, celebrity gossip, red carpet commentary and fashion/beauty critiques.

I'll pass all he would do is irritate me, and make me pray that I don't have a similar son, his ENERGY is strong in our community now, I would NEVER support him. He couldn't give me fashion tips, I would never listen to a Tranny, any celebrity he talks about has it better than a Tranny and at least many know their gender.

I'm really sick of seeing Black men in this way. Why don't we see a prevalence of White male Tranny's? Why aren't there talk shows where a White man sits there dressed like a woman giving advice to White men and women?

That would never happen, unless it's a comedy or a joke. And as the media demonstrates White men will not flood their media with Tranny's. White people would never fuel, give ENERGY to or flood their media with White men on T.V. who clearly are men trying to be women. That's something you can get away with in the Black community, because we don't mind being entertained by the things that are big problems in the our community.

Sorry Miss Lawerence I will gawk at you online, but I will NOT support your ENERGY. I call your bluff. You are a mockery. Here's how you determine that I'm almost positive you would never get sexual reassignment surgery, your full of shit.

Reggae Artist Vybz Kartel Becomes an Example of a Self-Hating RETARD

This is a moment and opportunity where someone has a chance to feel how brainwashed, weak and retarded some Black people are. This is a scary picture to me. It’s scary because there is NO DOUBT, NO QUESTION that this man is insane. There is no way to explain this, rationalize this or hide the truth; The man is brainwashed which resulted in his insanity.

And though I would simply pity a Black person like this in everyday life who is not in the spotlight, Vybz is in the spotlight. He's in the spotlight and an embarrassment to Black people so I will say something. I actually couldn't imagine seeing something like this and not say something. Just the fact that he thinks people would see this and not comment on it or become offended shows how crazy he is.

He looks like a broken down weak African. Africans are willing to look ridiculous like this. In Africa many of the African women are trying to emulate American Black women. In doing so they are willing to walk around with a face five shades lighter then the rest of their body. Or worst yet, they will walk around and look like they have the skin condition vitiligo just to feel as though they are working their way towards lighter skin.

African women are brainwashed by American culture. Due to this many of the African woman lighten their dark skin to a more brown tone. A woman Oprah's complexion or Michelle Obama's complexion is considered a lighter skinned African. Women who have these complexions are considered more desirable.

They’re too ignorant to realize bleaching creams aren’t made to be applied to large areas. Doing so results in splotchy uneven skin and you will never have the appearance that you’ve lighten the dark spots; they will lightened but so will the other areas you applied the cream, so it defeats the purpose. Only laser skin lightening evens the skin in some people.

As you can see the universe made sure to show Vybz Kartel that he can’t escape his skin color. His lips make it clear he has lightened his skin. An area that is hard to lighten due to the skin being thinner in that area, the chemicals would make it painful and impossible to continuously apply bleaching cream to the lip area.

Vybz Kartel claims like others he’s just choosing a preference. There’s no such thing as choosing a preference when it’s the opposite of you, particularly in such a dramatic way. Not only that, one must realize that he’s trying to mutilate himself to look like what he’s been taught is dominate. Vybz Kartel thinks it’s the same as a White person tanning their skin.

I don’t agree. A White person attempting to be darker despite darker skin being looked down on adds more of a sense of dominance to the ENERGY of their actions. They don’t mind being wants considered least dominate or desirable because they believe they are. Black people try to be what is considered desirable because we don’t feel desirable or confident in our selves and the way we look.

That destroys his argument that’s he’s actions is like tanning. I would DIE before I supported him. He has no right coming to the spotlight and embarrassing this race. I would not look for him in everyday life. There are many Black people who do this, but he chose to come to the spotlight so yes he will be judged.

This is when I despise being a Black woman, I cannot believe how this race has empowered a woman like Trina through the years.

Trina is number one on my CRAP LIST.

I think she's disgusting, vile, and if I had a son and he brought her home I would lose my mind and wonder where I went wrong.

I always talk about the type of women that need to be kept under the bed, well Trina is a poster woman for this. Having said that I have and ALWAYS will think Blackface portrayed by ANYONE is a mockery, insensitive, and makes no sense.

Despite this, not being a sensitive person I usually can ignore it. You can’t pick on everything, you have to meet ignorance head on and allow it to expose itself. When you allow it to effect you, you lose control.

But that brings us to Beyonce, like many others I am offended. Beyonce has no right to portray Blackface. I feel like she’s mocking this race, since she has done everything to escape this race physically. She has spent her life feeling superior and being glad she is not Kelly Rowland's color, now she wants to exploit what would disgust her to have in real life.

She would DIE if her skin was this color and her using it for convenience and to be dramatic is insulting.

Beyonce has to be one of the most WHITE WASHED, woman I’ve ever seen in mainstream Black culture that’s suppose to represent Black woman. Through the years the broader her environment became just like most WEAK Black women in the spotlight, the less secure she became with what God gave her.

People will always consciously or subconsciously seek to morph into what’s considered the most DOMINATE and DESIRABLE.

Women like Beyonce who are in the spotlight navigate in circles that expand well beyond the hood. They go places and meet many people who are not Black but like many others these people have a perception of what the ideal beautiful woman looks like.

It’s more comforting for women like Beyonce to look in a way she thinks will make her acceptable to all races not just Black people. Again that is the weakness of the Black mind in full effect.  As Black people we don’t know how to fight, create or love ourselves to the point where others will respect us.

There’s a reason why Black people where slaves, we are easily controlled and can be easily manipulated, because at the end of the day we don’t know ourselves and would rather sing and dance to distract away from critical thinking skills that would build our race and children’s self esteem.

When I see the direction Beyonce is going in I ask myself Is she trying to morph into Gweneth Paltrow her good friend? lol

What a great way to drum up publicity for her “come back”. Until we learn that celebrities thrive off of controversy and learn to turn it into something that DOESN’T benefit them, they will always shock and offend. Until we make them feel PATHETIC for having to do these things for publicity they will always rationalize it within their circles, so no shame is felt from their peers in their environments. “Any publicity is good publicity” is their motto.

Beyonce has gotten the attention of many again

I do not like Beyonce’s ENERGY particularly with this shoot and I will NOT SUPPORT HER. Her tactics will NOT work on me and it makes you more POWERFUL when you don’t allow others to control you when it comes to their agenda.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with the Drake's gay part. I am sick of this generation and I hate Black people in this era. Every man is gay. And until Black women understand the hostility that is developed withing Black men subconsciously or consciously due to their masculinity being challenged; Black women will always wonder why Black men increasingly seem hateful.

Wearing a leopard shirt makes a man gay? Drake's outfit has the ENERGY of him wanting to think out the box and be different. We have a culture that continues to attack Black Men's masculinity and it only makes Black men more repetitive and less broad minded. They are scared to express themselves because they might be accused of being gay.

I congratulated my Mom not to long ago for being such a great mother that my brother didn't run from her image. Instead he married a wife that is dark skin and just as classy as my Mom. Despite being apart of a community where many Black women and young girls have a nasty ENERGY and "crap out" babies like diarrhea the positive ENERGY of my Mom reigned supreme in my brothers subconsciousness.

Now here we have Donte Stallworth a Brother so dark that a blind man could predict that his mother is darkskin. A man so Afro-centric looking that he could be African. A man who has been so brainwashed that he doesn't even take his mother and the other women of his family into consideration.

Donte Stallworth recently stated that if his team the Baltimore Raven's win he would like an after-party with these criterias:

- Must be a “Tall & lean Yellowbone”
- Must have “real” hair…no tracks allowed
- Must be dumb as they come
- Must be someone who doesn’t know him

One can only imagine how his mother would feel knowing this. How much embarrassment would this bring her? How could she have a friend like me and dare to say anything to me about standards? The first thing I would say is "I know you are not talking, your own son thinks you're the bottom of the barrel", "you're own son is repulsed by you".

It's sad to see a brother so brainwashed, however it's also important to dissect the "whys" of his mentality.

It's important for Black women to realize, particularly brown skin and dark skin women, that we are still dominate in the community. Meaning there are still more brown and dark skin people in the community opposed to others, particularly downsouth.

Now in recognizing this, it's also important to evaluate the ENERGY of our communities. Are Black women beautiful in our communities? Do they act beautiful, do they have a sense of pride and class? Or do Black men witness day after day a group of women who symbolize oppression, pain, sub-standards and self-exploitation.

It's like a breath of fresh air for a Black man to see and be exposed to what's not the norm in his life. Especially if that norm is equated to acting ugly, attitudes, baby mommas, aggression, and having a lack of femininity.

Who Could Respect Russell Simmons After This?

In a world where a Black woman has to put on her best face to succeed, I ask Black woman who will support Russell Simmons show?

I for one will not.

Many of you have seen the clip that shows one of Russell Simmons interns being a total low class, disrespectful wench. She knew that rapper “T.I.”(who is married by the way) was coming to the office and not only did she wear a revealing outfit, she wore no underwear underneath and flashed him.

My question is how many Black woman working for Isaac Mizrahi or even Tommy Hilfiger could have pulled this stunt. How many Black women could have acted in the unprofessional way that this intern conducted herself without being fired, or sent to the mail room.

That alone is enough for me to be turned off by the show, I will not watch it.

Here’s the complexity, I will not watch the show, not only because of the double standard but also because I am very insightful. What do I mean by that? well, to watch a show like this as well as the other worthless reality shows that revolve around media whores signifies that this works and these types of actions are what makes a reality show successful. At this point we know this is true, but it doesn't have to be this way, we don't have to continue to be trapped and smothered by a worthless media, making it harder for better quality shows to succeed, because society is distracted by "shock value".

I know I have a HIGHER spiritual vibration than most humans, meaning that I am completely conscious of the ENERGY of all things, and I know that supporting certain things, escalates NEGATIVE ENERGY and opens up floodgates. So I refuse to watch these shows, and have not faltered yet, despite living within a weak society.

If I could bottle up that type of strength and feed it to others who don’t possess it I would and this world and our culture would be a better one. We would not continue to support "media whores"and empower them only to later regret it due to them being able to dig their heels in the sand through your support then not going away.

When you have STRENGTH it feels GOOD and the Universe takes notice and changes the ENERGY around you for the better because of it.

I get confused by humans I don’t even know or understand what a lack of control means. What does it mean to complain about things that you ultimately control? What does it mean to think that you're helpless when it comes to things that you can control?

It’s bad enough that Russell Simmons like many others simply threw in a “token Negro” but to not come against what Black women would be crucified about, give me a break. Why should I watch I'm offended.

And yes, the Black girl on the show is a “token Negro”. Who would ever see a reality show with a white designer and all his workers and interns are Black aside from one MAYBE two White people?

Let me drive that point home by being MORE DRAMATIC, what White person after reading the above statement would say “oh no that’s, not true, I would have tons of Black people with one white person”. What White man or White woman could say that?

No they secretly think we are a PECULIAR race, but because it BENEFITS them they remain silent. Some even feel an unspoken power. Like a White man smiling when a Black man bashes Black women then praises a White one.

PATHETIC RACE.

Guess what if this was reversed they probably wouldn’t even watch the show. Russell Simmons knows this, he’s trying to make money. He’s following a formula, a formula that doesn’t benefit Black people as a whole but only him as an individual.

It's NOT even a Shonda Rhimes situation. Shonda Rhimes created Grey's Anatomy a medical drama with basically an all white cast and aside from reminding yourself of the fact that she's the creator you forget. She does not star in Grey's Anatomy with an all White cast. And it's certainly not a reality show that revolves around her and her life.

However let's be honest, that stings a little too.

It's not like Black people have any real power in entertainment, and a wealth of roles to choose from but I support Black people creating diverse portrayals. It represents broadmindedness. I however DO NOT support Black people saying "this is my life, and there is only one Black person in sight, by the way my actions will show that I only accept Black celebrities with money".

How long do we continue to play this game? It’s almost 2062, if you’re wondering why I picked that odd year it's because that's the year “The Jetsons” took place.

Will we play to the masses our entire existence or should we build a little? When we build merging and diversity will be so wonderful, but we refused to even get to that point.

I could give two craps who Russell Simmons dates in real life, but why would I support someone who lets his obvious repulsion of being around Black woman who aren't celebrities. And to add insult by doing this before the World?

A White woman would DIE if it were reversed.

I'm EMBARRASSED, particularly because he has all but said we are NOT WORTHY and worth being around.

I know it seems hard to find a Black woman with class in this generation who's not saturated or influenced by this culture, but it is quite possible and with the lack of opportunities for Black woman, I demand it, at least for my support. Until we find strength in building despite how hard we will NEVER progress.

So I ask how many others know the POWER of LACK of Support in order to change and shape our image and opportunities within society?

P.S. I watch many shows on “Oxygen” and BRACE yourself; on the next show another intern LITERALLY has her breast out, not her cleavage, but her breast. She’s wearing a spaghetti strapped dress and ALL of her breasts, minus the tip of her nipples is showing.

What's so SAD is to see a Brother like Russell who doesn’t understand that despite his money and apparent status, in the subconscious mind of White people he’s less than a White man.

Just like a Black woman wouldn’t or couldn’t do a stunt like that working with a White designer these SAME White girls wouldn’t do it either. The fact that he seems so EAGER to impress woman who are not of his race intensifies this. They can't help but feel the ENERGY that they are special and are a BLESSING to his MANHOOD.

For the LIFE of me I couldn’t imagine sending an ENERGY to anyone that they are more valuable then my race just because they are not my race, no matter how frustrated I get with this race. What would it mean to surround myself around all White men, excluding all but one Black man and thinking these White men are the “best thing since slice bread”? I think too DEEPLY I would constantly wonder if they would do the same, and because my race has not hit a plateau of success and needs to grow so desperately I would feel PATHETIC, not being a part of that.

I do have to end this rant by saying that Society does this because they can. If a show like “The Bachelor” had all Black woman and one or two white women AGAIN, White people WOULD NOT support it. The same with Issac Mizrahi

It’s time to BUILD and GROW by supporting the right shows and representation. I PROMISE YA’LL it FEELS GOOD, you will feel EXHILARATED through the SACRIFICE like a “Black Bus Boycott Negro”, particularly when you see certain ENERGIES MELT AWAY.

Let me add that this doesn't mean I don't watch shows that are predominately white or even all white. But I REFUSE to be insulted by my own race who is playing to the masses just to make money and could care less about the plight of Black people in the media and the message their actions send.
