You should always be challenging yourself to see how high you can elavate yourself above the masses. The masses are being led like eyes that follow the pendant a hypnotist uses during hypnosis. Now I know humans have curious spirits but it's important to gauge how much trash attracts you an why.

Some might be saying using the term "trash" seems like something based on opinion. Well I don't like to offer opinions so let me give you some examples of articles that would be considered trash so you can secretly ask yourself why you gravitate to certain things.

"Video Vixens Then and Now"
"Sex Tapes We Need"
"Strippers Turned Stars" etc....
(I don't click on these types of articles but their presence on female based websites tells me there is an ENERGY signal being put out that indicates those who post them believe you would)

There's a sobering reality I face daily. I realize that if I had a daughter I wouldn't allow her to play with or be around the daughters of many other Black women. I just couldn't resist her becoming confused and dumb-down in a spiritual way for the sake of being an accepting person.

An accepting person is allowing someone else to live their life at a distance, but not taking in their ENERGY in a direct way.

So here we have Toya Carter Wright.........yes, you read that correctly she chooses to keep the surname of her ex-husband though she's married to another man. Is it hard to imagine why? In fact let me pinpoint the fact that on the cover of her book "Priceless Inspirations" she chose to omit the surname of her current husband and go with Antonia Toya Carter.

Now here's were things get a little sticky because I don't want to just send off the ENERGY of disgust when it comes to Toya, a woman who had an unfortunate childhood growing up..

Gone are the days of coming across the occasional "Tom Boy", we are now in an era where the culture breeds harsher, less feminine women.

I posted a video below that shows how rough Teyana Taylor is due to the culture. In fact she wears the ENERGY of a lot of Black women and young girls in this era.

So I have a question for those reading this, What changes would Black women have to make in order to keep up with the culture, be apart of the culture and not be offended by the culture.?

Wouldn't they're personalities have to become rougher? Wouldn't they have to leave femininity behind and transform into the ENERGY of Black men in order to be able to deal with and enjoy the culture that's thrown at them.

Confused?

Well, could a Black women in this era be turned off by strippers and video hoes and be part of the culture? Or, would they have to break down like Teyana Taylor and not only accept it but convince themselves they enjoy it?

Quick Question for "GROUP THINKERS" who repeat the NONSENSE others say without checking it's validity and ENERGY----Is Zoe Saldana a big box office draw or has she simply been in big box office movies?-----------Don't believe the Hype!

Though Zoe Saldana looks Black, she's a subpar actress and there are other Black actresses more suited to play Nina Simone. So let's explore the real reason why they can force this mockery down the throats of this race. Hopefully they will RE-CONSIDER or not make the movie at all. But here's a clue, Instead of just COMPLAINING make it clear you will NOT support the movie and maybe the lead character will change.

I love to see biopics movies about former singers and entertainers. Of course there's nothing like the show Unsung and though I don't have T.V. I think I've caught every episode online. But the Nina Simone movie that's scheduled to be made seems like pure comedy when you think about the fact that Zoe Saldana is being caste to play this very deep, passionate Black woman.

I wonder if Viola Davis or even Meagan Good would be considered for a role that depicts a Dominican woman?, Yes folks it's OK to laugh at the comedy of that. In fact even Zoe Saldana who's Dominican would be appalled if this was attempted.

So once again, this is a moment when Black women are suppose to just SHUT UP!, eat it and take this type of insulting gesture. Imagine a  Hispanic woman or Light skin Black woman playing Marilyn Monroe. The producers and directors would not even attempt it.

But let me play Devils Advocate and say there's a reason you can beat up on Black women and it's the fault of Black women themselves., there is no one else to blame for these types of actions.

How Many Can Stomach Watching True Blood?

I never watched the show True Blood until now, after stumbling across it on the Internet. All I can say is thank the Universe for this because I would never support a show like this and it's advertisers.

I've heard some Black people talk about the show but just by seeing one episode I can see they don't talk about it in the way it should be talked about. Once again we have a stereotypical mess. I've only watched one episode: Season 1 episode 1 and I am completely turned off.

I have to wonder how Black people could watch this show and see how others manifest their thoughts of how Black people behave and not become repulsed. Do you want your spirit, vibration and image to rise, or are you just happy to see yourself on screen, like a Black person who jumped for joy when Octavia Spencer won an Oscar for her role in "The Help"?

The show features two main Black characters Tara and Lafayette. Both characters provide non-Black viewers with a comfortable, entertaining, pity inspiring depiction of Black people.

I know my site can be heavy at times because it's not just full of mindless gossip. But since the Universe speaks through me, my goal is to be that voice in the back of your head. You would be surprised how powerful it is to acquire wisdom and then observe what others are falling into or the propaganda other people are taking it. Black women are resigned to being the strippers and whores, but not the chosen lead female many times. It also seems to be branching over to other forms of media at a slower but steady pace.

There are people who spend years trying to figure out how the human mind works, or how it can be made to work. I included the latter 'how it can be made to work' because at the end of the day we are spiritual beings and can only be controlled when we are driven away from the knowledge of knowing we are suppose to be spiritually driven. When we forget this we become less spiritual.

The more we are grounded by money and the perceived power and status due to it, the more we can be controlled. Those are Dark ENERGIES best tools when controlling humanity.

That's why someone like Rihanna could go outside with a pair of drawers, with her breast out and a clown hat on and many people will say: 

"You can't hate she making money".

The Universe doesn't care how much money you are able to make, it's your internal character that is of focus. Because this has become foreign to our thinking we will praise anyone with money as they program and destroy all those around us.

We have lost our way and forget that how you make your money and what you do with it, is whats important to the Universe. A drug dealer, stripper, porn star, corporate criminal or shady politician can make money.

We have allowed our minds to become simplistic in a way that destroys us spiritually, that's why many people included the ones I mentioned above live a life on drugs and alcohol, in an attempt to silence the maddening thoughts and anxiety they feel living like spiritless robots that collects cash.

People need to keep in mind, there are many people who make more money than the average celebrity they're just not in the spotlight. This is why I'm not immediately impressed by celebrities, but then again my highly conscious mind never loses sight of this reality. Others go by what they see, and being successful in their minds is being visable

But anyway, recently Chris Brown and Drake supposedly dissed Rihanna and implied she's a whore.

Modern Day "Aunt Esther", NeNe Leaks Brings Up the Question, Should There Be Class Separations in this Race?

The femininity was not felt, I saw a clip of this show and Anderson was definitely scared.

After going back and forth with a woman I would consider low standard about NeNe Leaks this week, and coming across a new revelation about NeNe's continued career opportunities, I feel like reneging. I feel like throwing my hands up and realizing what Black people are trying to do the impossible.

We are the only race that see's itself as one. Other races will come together for business or heritage celebrations, but Black people are the only race where we seem all merged together. There are no apparent standard differences, we all expect each other to stand behind each other, have the same political views, social views and objectives.

I really don't believe that mindset is working in this race. In fact not only is it not working you feel rage, resentment and frustration towards those who seem more like a "ball and chain" on your foot than anything beneficial. You feel forced to be in this constant tug of war with more negative Black people who have low standards and no intention of changing or bettering themselves consciously.

Now when I say class separations, I'm not speaking from a monetary stand-point. It's not the same as some rich "Boules" Black people who distinguishing themselves from other Black people, because they feel like part of the elite. What I'm referring to is standards and mindset.

I have always been willing to be friends with those who have a lot and those who have a little. It's all about their mentalities and if they are consciously moral in my book.

Now let's take a look at how people of different mental class levels think and why it's difficult to have harmony in this race due to different mentalities.When these mentalities don't mesh frustration and resentment emerge when they are forced to do so and given one label that represents the lower mentality to wear.

What's My Opinion on The Painful Cake?

Normally I would post an article like this on my Black Energy News site, but a viewer who visited this site, Black Celebrity Energy site questioned what my response would be to the recent debacle created by Swedish Culture Minister Lena Adelsohn Liljeroth on World Art Day in Sweden.

As many of you may know a cake depicting an African woman was made in order to raise awareness to genital mutation through the practice of circumcising African women. The cake was designed by African artist Makode Aj Linde and consist of what looked like an African women in Black-face with a look of fear on her face.

The viewer found slight offense to the podcast featured in my article Gabrielle Union Exposes Another Hunger Games Moment and wanted to know my position on this incident. Just to clarify, she found offense to my podcast because she felt I thought it was best to dismiss the idea of finding offense to racist comments and attacks by White people.

I won't stop, I won't stop trying to open the eyes of people when it comes to the ENERGIES we've been tricked by. My goal is make people become more repulsed by the media to the extinct they demand a change of ENERGIES through NO SUPPORT. ENERGIES that seem harmless but have a damaging effect on our social lives and environments.

So let's examine Tyga, the stripper Chyna and this magazine cover to understand how people have been locked into mental and spiritual bondage. We've been placed in bondage by absorbing and accepting these ENERGIES that seem harmless, and mere entertainment.

What happens when you take a top artist and place him with a well-known stripper? What ENERGIES and mental confusions result from this? What type of subconscious brainwashing occurs? How does it effect your life and potential relationships?

We have to start questioning the ENERGIES that are thrown in our faces and absorbed by many. Let's start by exploring what many Black men in this era are saying:

Black men say:

Black women are fake, hoes, gold diggers who only care about money and date thugs. 

That statement reflects the ENERGY of strippers like Chyna and thugs or wannabe thugs like Tyga.

Will the AIDS statistics Repulse Black Women......?

Now you read the title, but I have to complete my thought. Will the AIDS statistics repulse Black women to  promiscuous women in the media.

Do Black women wonder why there is no outrage over these statistics and why women of other races have no fear that they will follow suit? This is an article based on the ENERGY and perception of Black women and AIDS/ HIV, I do not address how this epidemic is truly occurring, read on.......

Imagine if these statistics were given and the image of Black women was different. Unfortunately the ENERGY of the situation is the opposite. Most people feel they can clearly see why Black women are "second runner up" to those in Africa when it comes to being inflicted with AIDS.

First, let me say I do these types of articles because due to Black women being brainwashed by the media, I want them to wake-up and understand the true ENERGY they are expelling to the world and the men of this race. I want Black women to be turned off and repulsed by women in the media who do not reflect how they would like to be seen. We must always keep in mind reality. And in our reality we do not have a diverse media, therefore we can typecast ourselves in the minds of, not only others, but Black men too.

Do Women Know Their Name Is B*tch?

Many men don't realize how true the statement is metaphysically!

Should I not say anything? Maybe I should just let it go, Maybe I shouldn't talk about how the music of today has programmed Black women to accept being called b*tch casually.

Many people have talked about this but I wonder if people realize it becomes a form of programming. Repetitively calling a woman a "B*tch" over and over again is similar to beating the word into the brain. And when it's done at the rate and frequency that is seen in this culture, the mind and spirit breaks down. It breaks down because it becomes so overwhelmed by it, it doesn't know what to do, so it subconsciously accepts it. Women accept it because it's harder to fight it once it becomes common in the culture which is idolized.

It's one of the ways negative Black men have broken down the spirit of Black women in the community. And in an ironic twist many Black women play the role of what they are being called and it effects positive Black men most. It effects them most because they usually seek a woman to be softer where harder, more negative men can handle the roughness of Black women with more ease. The suffering of these positive men would bring sympathy if they had a tendency to intercept this action, but they don't, so it's appropriate for them to face the ramifications of this mental mutation. It's the same thing with the word "Hoe", which I will talk about later.

Octavia Spencer Couldn't Wait On Black People, Wins "Mammy" Award

Summary: Octavia Spencer wins a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in "The Help",  Idris Elba wins Best Actor in a Mini-Series for "Luther" and Morgan Freeman's honored. Hollywood loves to honor Black people in three's. lol

First let me say, I'm proud of Idris Elba, I watched a few episodes of "Luther" and he did a great job playing the leading role. He proved that he can carry a series being the star. He also demonstrates in the UK drama his ability to turn his native UK accent on and off, which is astounding and deserves an award in itself.

Unfortunately I can't say I am proud of Octavia Spencer's win aside from it adding to her list of accomplishments as an actress. I believe the ENERGY of her win is like a modern-day Hattie McDaniel.

Octavia Spencer wins the Golden Globe for best supporting actress in the movie "The Help". Despite her extensive career in acting, this is the first award she has won on any scale. The only way to lighten that fact would be to acknowledge that her role in "The Help" was her first extensive role to date.

My criticisms have nothing to do with Octavia Spencer as a person. I'm sure she is a wonderful person with a kind heart and soul. Despite this I can only wonder how it feels to find acknowledgement from Hollywood only after playing a "Mammy" whose life's made better by White people.

I try so hard not to be sensitive about these things. Unlike many other Black people I refuse to look at everything as a racial implication, but the ENERGY of this achievement can't help but be felt. Not only did she win the Golden Globe for best supporting actress, she has won awards for her role in the "The Help" through smaller scale award associations too.

Again this article is about ENERGY and as I pointed out Octavia Spencer's win has the ENERGY of Hattie McDaniel.

Mary J Blige Makes "Mr. Wrong" Seem Irresistible

Summary For Non Readers: Mary J Blige's song Mr. Wrong is a song that validates the negative mentalities of Black women in this era. Black women are already confused by the definition of what a "real man" is. This song makes Black women seem like horny animals who live in heat constantly and can be made submissive through sex even when being abused. Unfortunately it seems to be a story many Black women are addicted to "playing out". It also reinforces the negative notion that Black men who try to be good men are "no fun" and boring. It also leads negative men to believe that as long as they sexually satisfy a woman they can string her along and be abusive.........Shame on Mary for this one.

I'm not going to make this a long post, but I must say I HATE this song. I've always been a big Mary J Blige fan over the years and have all her CD's, but she really lowered her standards to make money on this one.  Here we have a 40 year-old woman singing to a much younger demographic and telling them it's OK to be with "Mr. Wrong". Not only is it OK to be with "Mr. Wrong", but if the "love making" sex is good the song sends the notion you are dealing with a deep dilemma and it's understandable that it's hard to let him go.

When do we stop feeding the notion that rocky relationships make relationships deeper, and that struggle equals passion within a relationship and creates an emotionally intensity that connects two people? The worst part becomes when the notion that good sex can make an abusive relationship worth hanging on to. It's no wonder many Black women of this era seem drained and "ran-through". The only thing a rocky relationship adds is years to a person's body and soul. Often times a woman who has been "ran-through" searching for love while being self-sacrificing to a negative man has an ENERGY of being milked of all her innocence, she becomes like a doormat to walk on. In the subconscious mind of the man she's dating the lack of respect the woman has for herself causes him to "spit" on her with his actions.

Let's take a quick look at the ENERGY of some of Mary's lyrics in the song Mr. Wrong.

First let me mention how ridiculous it is for Mary J Blige to do a song with Drake who is 24 years old. Of course this speaks of "the signs of the time". Music is not spiritual or made to move you in this era. Music is simply made to sell in this day and age. Drake apparently is on top now and so pairing Mary J Blige with Drake is simply a money move and designed to attract attention. Even though she could make a better more passionate song with a Maxwell, John Legend or even have Lupe on the hook, they are not on the top of the charts right now.

Porn Culture Making Men Sexually Brutal?

I stumbled across something I wish I didn't stumble across. I have been doing research here and there about pornography and listening to anti-pornography videos. My spirit's been telling me to do so because I've come across really brutal comments about sex lately and it's happening more regularly.

Comments like "I'll rape that ass", "I'll Beat it Up", "I'll stab that ass".

So you know me, I'm not a simpleton or a person that likes being passive until I'm forced to address something. So I said I want to absorb the ENERGY of  why men are expressing themselves in an increasingly brutal way when they talk about sex with women. Many of these comments are by Black men. However, I mostly research this culture, so this is a Universal problem even if there are slight differences to what causes these thoughts.

For now let's flash forward to today. I was looking for the semi-naked picture of Maliah Michel that she recently took to prove some of the points I mentioned about her in my article "Is Sean Kingston the Next Ruben Studdard". I saw the picture on MTO, but I try not to lead people to their site so I wanted a picture without their tag.

Boy oh, boy, guess what happened? I did a Google search for it in the Image section and I couldn't believe what I saw and felt. There's picture after picture of this woman naked, or half-naked, feeding her body to the viewer. Some might be saying "duh", but I couldn't help but be shocked. Then I realized this is how Black men witness and view these women when they seek them out.

Here's the problem, even as a heterosexual woman I was so disgusted, I wanted to step on her ass, take a cooking fork and stab it like a whole ham before serving, jump on it and because it seems like a piñata, beat it with a stick. You forget that she's human. Basically I wanted to put my foot up her ass, something her mother should have done lol. Now I'm not trying to be funny, always remember I speak about ENERGY and of course this is something I would never do, but she presents her butt in way that sends an ENERGY like it's detached from her and a "thing". That's dangerous to everyday women who walk around like unsuspecting victims and have the same 'butt" as her.

I love to come across people who can connect two ENERGIES even when they seem unrelated. This is something I do often and its important because it allows people to feel the truth even when they don't want to. After-all despite what Society might tell us or what people would like to think The Universe was made to progress in a spiritual way, not an intellectual way. We have evolved physically due to intellect which produces advance technology, but you can go anywhere in the world and see those who do not live by these advancements survive and live in more harmony with each other.

The Universe does not care about a human's intellect; spiritual development which leads to wisdom is more important. When we die The Universe will not ask how far we got in our education and how many degrees do we have. Our character and spiritual development will be the focal point. People forget the importance of spirituality and character development, that's why there's so much misery in social interactions and relationships in our society today. Money and material possessions alone, will not create happiness.

Recently I came across of video on YouTube titled "Effeminization of the Black Male". In this video the speaker visually demonstrated the similarities of how Black women were treated during slavery by Black men and how Black men treat Black women today in music videos.

I will not go on, the following video speaks for itself.


The similarities are undeniable. The sad thing about this is the fact that many Black women will "roll their eyes" and "suck their teeth" because they're trained to accept this. They have been so trained to accept this that I come across annoying. They think it's a normal part of the culture.


It's similar to Black women who go to the club and dance and clap to rappers referring to them as "Bitches" and hoes. Black women are programmed to accept this because most of the other women they know accept it too. They fail to make the connection of how insignificant they're treated by Black men with how they allowed themselves to be treated. People are taught how to respect someone and they learn how far they can go with a person by what that person allows. When it comes to Black women there seems to be no barriers. They get confused by thinking their big mouth means they are not "push overs". Many believe they can't be "walked over".

Here's a Memo: Just because you have a big mouth while someone is treating you like crap doesn't mean you are not being used..Just because you Smile like the women in this video and  smile like Ludacris's girlfriend while being treated like crap doesn't mean you aren't being humiliated.

Analyzing the ENERGY of a Random Love and Hip Hop Episode

Those who read my site know I don't watch these reality T.V. shows. However "The Universe" put it in my spirit to watch a few clips of these shows to further absorb the ENERGY of them and warn Black women of what they are watching. These shows paint Black women in a negative way making them untrustworthy.

My mean side must interject and make it known, this will not be a habit, I will watch these clips ONLINE with no advertisements when the wind hits me, but I hope that Black women can get a sense that my warnings are genuine.I will also review past shows only. Reviewing future shows has the danger of sending out the ENERGY of anticipation. If you feel a sense of anticipation you will resist rising up and respecting yourself enough by not supporting these shows and demanding better.

Now I know these shows have become like a "tub of ice-cream" as you sit on the couch, after a man stands you up or is not acting right. They have become a sense of comfort for many Black women and they feel as if they can find an understanding of their life in the drama. People like to watch those who are like themselves. Unfortunately, they don't realize that sacrifice and being a little uncomfortable is the only way to spiritually grow and sacrifice is usually temporary. It's temporary because you always get a result from sacrificing and those results can be positive.

When you spiritually grow you will demand and receive better shows that are entertaining. I wonder if most Black women today remember the sitcom "Girlfriends". A fictional show that had an out there character like "Toni" but did not focus on the ENERGY of drama that made Black women seem untrustworthy.

Black women must sacrifice senseless drama for better image portrayals.The social conditions and state of our race demands this. If portrayed at all these shows should only represent a "drop in the bucket" of our culture.

It's important to remember these shows are presented as reality. Consciously Black men and women might say they realize it's staged but that does not help the subconscious mind. It does not help the subconscious mind because the characters are real even when they are not married to these men. Many of them have had some type of relationship with the men they are talking about, so their actions reflect the ENERGY of what a woman would actually do and say in that situation.

These shows create a separation between Black women and men. Black men don't trust Black women and that ENERGY is increasing at a rapid rate. Black women are becoming a group of women men are extremely weary of. It makes Black men want to close themselves off to Black women even more than they already do. They feel a risk in being open and simply deal with and "handle" Black women in this era.

Well, let me get to the theme of this thread......................

The other day I came across a clip of "Love and Basketball" on Bossip. Bossip like most sites fail to push the consciousness of Black women to a higher level they simply feed the stereotypical perceptions of Black women to the world. Despite this from time to time I find an article or thread that allows me to create a post for my site. A post that goes deeper into the ENERGY and spirituality of a situation.

Now the following clip is Episode 1 from the first season of "Love and Basketball". Let's take a look at the ENERGY of one scene. Please don't bother me about the updates of this show, just like I randomly picked it out, so can Black men. I can only assume like me they don't watch these shows but come across clips online.

This is an ugly woman

I rarely call someone ugly, it's frivolous to me. You can call someone ugly and they can walk down the block and someone tells them they're attractive. It's subjective and doesn't cut deep enough for me. I only insult righteously by speaking the truth. A truth even their best friend would agree with though they wouldn't admit it. It's one of the reasons people are hesitant when arguing with me. I've said things to cause people to quit their job, due to my words being a "dagger of raw truth".

Now if you want to say NeNe is famous, I guess that's your choice. The definition of fame has changed over the years and we live in a Society that does not realize we create the definition of fame. In fact we create and control all the ENERGIES around us. There isn't a "so-called" celebrity alive that could feel like a celebrity without people allowing them to feel like one.

It's a secret the highly conscious minded knows, it's also a secret people resist absorbing and using. They don't realize they are resisting it because they need someone to look up to, be in awe of or even laugh at. It's sad and explains why our culture has gone down the toilet in Society. Celebrities do what we allow them to do and what we accept from them. They would disappear and melt away like the "Wicked Witch of the West" if they weren't accepted in some form by the people.

For example the show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" would be off the air by now, if Black women demanded more and didn't support it. It could not exist without support. If it wasn't supported they would have to present something that would be supported to make a profit.

It's one of the reasons I tell people, don't look up at God when you realize you have gone too far and allowed negative ENERGIES to consume the culture. Don't blame him when people's perceptions of you change due to what you're observed supporting.

Most things happen on a subconscious level, so people subconsciously watch what you support and stand by. I feel like Bill Murphy in the movie "Ground Hog Day" when I speak about this, because I say it over and over again and it fails to penetrate most. It fails to penetrate most because people like the ability to act instantaneously without thought, they like instant gratification. Sacrifice is not a word that people like or take well to.

At the same time humans ask for so much out of life, but fail to realize, The Universe can give you nothing. You will only get more of what you support, it's a law of nature that cannot be changed.

Now I call NeNe ugly for the obvious reasons............

Will Trina Eventually Take Buffy The Body's Crown?

There's nothing more sad then watching these aging whores keep resorting back to what they feel they do best, in order to make money. Flaunting and selling her body is all that Trina has ever known in life. It's what she has practiced the most and done the most in and out of her career.

It doesn't matter that she's pushing 40, she has a lifestyle that requires money and will always do what she knows best to make money. It's like a ex-hooker or low standard chick needing to pay her rent, so in order to do so, she will turn a few tricks to get by. "Buffy the Body" is 45 and still resorts to the same method from time to time.

Here's the thing, that's fine. I would never look for these women in the community and chastised them. Even if I saw them on the street.

When these women are in the spotlight it's a different story.

Trina for example, chose to be in the spotlight and should be an example of how a person can develop no shame when they do something often enough. Just like "Buffy the Body" and all the other chicks who make themselves look pitiful and simple, they need to be a reflection of how sad it is to have to keep showing your body to put money in your pocket. Even when your beyond the expiration date, worn out and tired.

This is why I think of ground beef when I think of how their vagina's must look.

This is a woman that needs to pray she doesn't have a child like me. I have a brutal, acid tongue and wouldn't be afraid to use it. In fact there isn't much Trina could say to me about standards if I was her child. Of course in reality she will metaphysically have a daughter who is the same as her more then likely. After all she will be raised by her ENERGY.

To be honest, I have a deeper disgust for Trina then most. I have a deeper disgust towards her because I witnessed first hand how dangerous her ENERGY is to the Youth. I was at a clients house and her young son (who was no older than four) came across this picture:
